Shipping & Returns

Learn about the ordering and shipping process at LegacyFit!

01. The order

Placing an order with us is quick and easy! Simply browse our products, add your favourites to your cart, and proceed to checkout. You must create an account to complete your purchase — this helps us keep your order history, shipping details, and tracking information organized.

At checkout, you can select your preferred payment currency. Once your order is placed, you’ll receive an order confirmation email with your invoice and details.

02. Shipment

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days after they are placed. You’ll receive a confirmation email once we’ve received your order. Once your order has been packed and shipped, we’ll send you another email with shipping details.

Please note that orders cannot be changed or canceled after 48 hours. If you need to make a change, contact us immediately through store chat support or email.

03. Tracking my Order

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking details (if available).

For Canada and U.S. orders, tracking is included so you can monitor your package’s progress.

Unfortunately, tracking for international orders is currently not available. If you would like to request tracking for an international order, ensure you contact us within 24 hours before the order is shipped (additional payment needed).

If you have not received tracking information or need help tracking your package, contact us via store chat support or email — we’re happy to assist.

04. Returns, exchanges and complaints

We want you to be happy with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, here’s how our returns, exchanges, and complaints process works:
Returns & Exchanges:
You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order. Items must be unused, in original condition, and in the original packaging. To start a return or exchange, contact us through store chat support or email. Shipping costs for returns may apply unless the item is defective or incorrect.

Complaints:
If you experience any issues with your order, please contact us immediately so we can resolve it. We value your feedback and will work to address your concerns quickly and professionally.

Refunds:
Once we receive your returned item and inspect it, refunds will be issued to your original payment method within 2–10 business days.
